Month 5, Day 17, It continues...
The road is difficult. I've lapsed on the sugar, been a sugar-a-holic really, and enjoyed mother's day with cake and chocolate covered strawberries. While I've paced myself, I still enjoy my carbs too much. Pasta, onion buns, and chinese buns and lots and lots of sugar. I'm still working on healthy plans, I make a good gluten free chicken salad, with non-dairy ranch and peas and celery. That's the healthiest thing I make right now, and it fills me up well. I'm considering going gluten free, there have been symptoms, but gluten free is very expensive, and I'd miss my onion buns and chinese buns. I've worked well exercising though. I go to my college's gym, as an alumni I get the privalage of using the recreation center. I started off with once or twice a month, I've gotten to once or twice a week.
