3 Months, 6 Days and counting

So as I continue my days, rebooted with the diet and what not, today wasn't a great day. I've already finished 4 rolls of sushi, a good sized banana muffin from Corner Bakery and a medium Truffle Mocha. They were delcious but I definitely ate too much. I'm missing my lunch and my next meal will be dinner, but I will likely snack while I'm at work and enjoy other little treats, like a bag of jelly beans at work. I still enjoy too many carbs.

My exercise regime is still slim to none. I'm moving as much as I can, but my ankle still hurts a lot from being so active. I hope I can start moving like before, soon.
