Day 3- Cheatish Day
Today was a cheat day. I ate more than the past several days put together. The morning was a hearty breakfast, a banana-esresso smoothie with 2 bananas, silk protein milk, and 4oz of espresso. For a mid day snack, I had a McDonalds large Coke. Lunch was from a food court vendor "Japan Cafe". It was yummy and only about half was eaten, but it was spicy shrimp with jambalaya fried rice and lo mein. Dinner was more reasonable, a serving and a half of Smart Taste thin spaghetti, Carmella's marinara sauce and pre-cooked shrimp. As an evening snack to entertain myself while food-prepping for the next several days, I enjoyed half a bag of Starburst liquid burst gummies.
For exercise, I went walking around Gurnee Mills with a friend. My friend kept me moving without knowing it. We walked around many shops and up and down the halls. We spent about 5 hours walking around, breaking only about 30-40 minutes for a meal.
Tonight I spent time making tuna tetrizini, and home made onigiri (riceballs). I used the healthiest canned tuna I could find and silk protein milk to try to make it more filling. I separated the tetrizini into 3 containers. The rice balls were made with brown sushi rice, nori seasoning, and two types were made, spicey imitation crab and smoked salmon. 2 cups of rice made 7 onigiri. Tomorrow I go back to work. Im nervous. I just spent 5 hours casually walking today, but tomorrow will be more intense.
